Waller Concrete Co provides professional concrete services including but not limited to:

• Concrete patio and outdoor living space construction
• Sidewalk and walkway installation
• Foundation work for residential and commercial properties
• Decorative concrete services
• Commercial concrete projects
• Concrete repair and resurfacing

Services are provided in Cypress, Waller, and surrounding areas in Northwest Houston, Texas.

Service Agreements

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on current material prices and project scope. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions and requirements.

Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to begin work (typically 30-50%)
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• Payment methods accepted: cash, check, credit card
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your project
• Ensuring access to the work site
• Obtaining necessary permits (we can assist with this process)
• Notifying us of any underground utilities or obstacles
• Maintaining the site after completion as per our care instructions

Project Timeline and Delays

While we strive to complete projects on schedule, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Material availability
• Unforeseen site conditions
• Client-requested changes
• Permit or inspection delays

We will notify you promptly of any expected delays.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

• Workmanship warranty: 1 year against defects
• Material warranty: As per manufacturer specifications
• Warranty does not cover damage from improper maintenance, misuse, or natural settling

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before work begins: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before work begins: Deposit may be retained
• Cancellations after work has begun: Payment for work completed plus materials

Limitation of Liability

Waller Concrete Co is not liable for:

• Damage to underground utilities not marked by client
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Issues arising from client failure to follow care instructions

Our total liability is limited to the value of the contract.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Waller Concrete Co harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

Site Access and Safety

You must provide safe access to the work site. We are not responsible for damage to personal property not properly removed from the work area. Please secure pets and children during work hours.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Waller County, Texas.
